Cross Memorial Hall Hiring charges from April 1st 2025
General Principles
Sessions – A session is for 4 hours and includes pre heating between October and April as required.
- Morning: 9.00 to 13.00
- Afternoon: 14.00 to 18.00
- Evening: 19.00 to 23.00
Cancellations and Refunds
A refund will only be given if the cancellation is notified at least 48 hours before the event.
Regular Session Charges:
- Parish Groups – £22
- CBPC – £20
- All other groups and bookings – £28
- Polling Station – £120
- One off bookings (e.g. Children’s Party) – £40
- Use of cooker or dishwasher – £5

WiFi Access
Wifi is available with broadband generously provided by 
The Log-on details are on the notice board in the hall.
The maximum number of persons permitted in the hall is 60 standing or 50 if seated.
Please note:- For safety reasons do not park cars adjacent to or opposite the hall.
